Please print your name and complete address clearly. Always order under the same name.
Give complete information: quantity, color, style number, page, and size. Specify child or adult. Where possible, give second color choice. Mention if we can make substitutions if necessary.
Orders for public schools and colleges must be accompanied by an official signed purchase order when requesting shipment on an open charge account basis. Or the order must be properly authorized by an authorized school official.
Customer pays all transportation charges. Be sure to include an approximate amount for shipping; overpaid amounts will be refunded or credited to your next order. Estimated minimum shipping charge is $10.00. This is for a small package to be shipped relatively close to us; shipping to a residential address (even if it is used as a place of business) will result in a residential delivery surcharge by UPS - which will be about an additional $3.50.
More and more carriers have begun charging fees when an incorrect address is provided. Please be sure that the address you give us is correct. If we receive a charge back fee because an address provided by you is incorrect (not our mistake), this fee will be charged to you.
Be sure to include applicable tax. If tax exempt, please send us a copy of your exemption certificate.
Make remittances payable to Southern Importers. Personal checks are welcome and are processed through Telecheck; on the face of your check please include your driver's license number and state, as Telecheck requires this for processing.
Shipments cannot be made to post office boxes - only to physical street addresses. Credit card orders will only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address (unless your credit card company has an alternate shipping address on file). Please note that we only ship within the United States. Also, we do not ship on customer freight accounts.
If using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover bank cards, include your complete account number, expiration date, cardholder's name as imprinted on the card and your signature. We also now need your security code.
If your need is urgent, you may wish to call us to verify availability. We may ask you to confirm rush orders in writing, fax or email.
Please make your selections carefully. Positively no returns on any cut fabrics or trimmings. No refunds or exchanges on costumes, decorations or special order items. PLEASE NOTE: SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
Regulations prohibit shipment of toy guns to New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Minnesota and Florida.
All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. Do not return any goods without our approval. Approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. For merchandise damaged in transit, the carrier is responsible; be sure to save package and all packing materials for carrier's inspection (do not return package to us).
